Bret Lockett: Kim K Is LYING, We HOOKED UP

NFL player Bret Lockett says he's not afraid of Kim Kardashian's legal threats -- telling "TMZ Live" he has CONCRETE PROOF the two hooked up while Kim was dating her fiance Kris Humphries.
TMZ broke the story, Kim threatened to sue Lockett and In Touch Weekly for defamation -- over a story in which Lockett claimed Kim's been cheating on her fiance Kris Humphries ... with him.

Lockett claims he has phone records, text messages and very personal cell phone pics of Kim -- and if push comes to shove, he's willing to present the evidence in court.

Cops Investigate Weiner's Alleged Contact with Minor

Police reportedly visited the home of a 17-year-old girl in Delaware this afternoon -- to question her about online communications she may have had with Congressman Anthony Weiner.Two officers went to the high school student's home today around 4:30pm -- where they spoke with the girl's mother about her daughter's alleged Twitter relationship with the Congressman ... this according to FoxNews.com.

According to the website, the girl followed Weiner on Twitter after she saw him speak at her school on April 1st -- and Weiner messaged her soon after.

It's unclear what he messaged her or how long the online relationship lasted -- but the girl tells Fox, "I'm doing okay."

MJ's 'Thriller' Jacket -- Got $400k Layin' Around?!

Michael Jackson's iconic red jacket from the "Thriller" video is hitting the auction block in Beverly Hills in a few weeks -- and it could be yours ... if you've got a spare $400,000 to blow. 

The jacket -- which MJ personally autographed to his former costume designers -- is expected to fetch between $200k and $400k ... though we wouldn't be shocked if it soared past half a mil.

The jacket is one of several MJ items featured in the Julien's Auction event on June 25 and 26. Among the more interesting pieces -- the wig Michael wore at his "This Is It" news conference in London and a glove he wore at the American Music Awards. 

Plaxico Burress Released From Prison

Plaxico Burress is a free man, 22 months after he began serving a prison sentence for weapons violations. The NFL star left the Oneida Correctional Facility in central New York, hugging sports agent/guru Drew Rosenhaus on his way out.


Burress pled guilty in August, 2009 to attempted criminal possession of a weapon after accidentally shooting himself in an NYC nightclub.
